Move object and vray material?

Hi,
I wonder if it's possible to move an object, like a furniture, that has different vray materials attached on it's surface to another file and use the same furniture and it's vray material instead of load the materials again and add it to all the polygons on the furniture?

Copying importing components with V-Ray materials should bring the V-Ray materials along with VfSU 1.48.xx
