Hello to everyone we met and had the fortune to get to know during Google 3D Basecamp. We had a blast over the three days at 3DBC and enjoyed so many conversations with folks from around the world. We presented Reallusion iClone, a 3D real-time animation software that can enhance visualizations of SketchUp models. http://www.Reallusion.com/iClone ~ John Martin & James Martin ~ Reallusion

Thanks again for a great Basecamp and hello to all members SketchUcation. How's this for a SketchUcrew? From left: John, Csaba(Gaieus), James, Liam, Rinehart(Pout), Pete(Solo), Mike (Mike Lucey) & Rich (rclub24).

Hi John, welcome to the forum πŸ˜„ We members that were not lucky enough to attend BaseCamp have heard good things about your presentation there...any chance you could sum it up for us? How can Iclone help Sketchup users? How do we get started?

          Thanks!

Hi! I'm putting together an introduction to iClone and SketchUp. I will add it to the Applications and Extensions board when I finish some screenshots. The model used in the demo is: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=d218e86bdbc5ab2b972ec726e7a08cca&prevstart=0

Thanks and for those of you that would like to see more about iClone. http://www.reallusion.com/iclone --- more to come!

I appreciate it Gaieus... What night bars? πŸ˜‰

                  Hello John,

Your presentation of iClone was amazing. I enjoyed watching it and I had no idea that some of this stuff was possible. I came across some of your 3DBC pictures on Picasa (i think). They were black & white and I noticed that they had been "converted" to "true 3D".

Does this deal with how they were taken or can that property be applied to any rendering we produce out of SketchUp? If so, is this done in iClone or 3dExchange? or both?

Let me know please, I'm trying to figure out which of your products to save up for!! πŸ‘

                    Hi,
I've posted a quick tutorial and video on iClone and SketchUp in the Extensions and Applications forum - http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=80&t=30774

@alexanderSIMPLE Thanks! The 3D photos were actually taken with my iPhone and a cool app, 3D Camera. http://picasaweb.google.com/Animize3D/Google3DBasecamp2010# iClone will create Stereo 3D from your 3D models.

Hey guys - great hanging with you Thursday night and the demo was amazing.
If I wasn't swamped with deadlines, I'd load up the demo disk and start checking it out. Look forward to your tutorials - they will help out tremendously in getting us up and running to test out the software.

BTW - to the New Beetle owner in the family...www.newbeetle.org - I think you said it was a 2000...we're here if you need some help keeping that baby alive! πŸ˜‰
