All post has to be approved?
-
Hello,
Seriously.... why does all post have to be approved by an administrator?
As an adult it feels quite strange that my posts aren't trusted. If i try reply on a post, i don't know if or when my reply is approved and the thread starter probably has moved on to better things before my reply has been approved and therefore doing a reply becomes useless.
Also... if i make a post i check in on it 6 hours later and find that it's not even approved, so if that was a question i most likely have to go elsewhere to find the answer. Will the "need to be approved" be removed at some point?
It's sad because i find this forum to be an excellent source of information, and i always try help others when i can.
So in short... now i come here to read, posting/replying becomes useless.Best regards

It's a "spam trap".
New posters have to wait for approval the first few [3?] posts, but thereafter the trap is removed.
Without this we could be deluged with spam posts which would spoil everyones experience of using the forum - this way the mods/admins can check if a new poster seems genuine and allow their posts through.
You should no longer need to wait for 'approval' for your next post... -
