Pressents I've made this year - Watercolors(real)

And here is a shot of it outside its bottle. Its a little easier to see the depth and height and how its rolled.

And my mother in law had asked for a picture of a barn a long time ago. So I finally got around to painting a barn. Most people are familiar with the Tetons from the Wyoming side. I painted this on the Idaho side, as that is where my family is from. My father's uncle owns a barn fairly similar to this, and the Tetons loom in the background.

Nice gift Chris,
Being that I'm basically in the same boat as you, you gave some great ideas too.
Merry Christmas!

And here are three more. These go together in a single frame. I'll try to get a photo of it framed. And these are smaller - 4" x 6" for the entire paper (10cm x 15cm). And the painting is obviously smaller than the paper.
-
Aha! I got a couple photos of the paintings framed. I also included another of the painting in a bottle, from the top so you can see how its all rolled up like a scroll painting (its a little blury, oops! and the frames are not lit so well... ).
Thanks for looking!,

Beautiful work Chris. Can you give me the link to your plugin for watercolour please!!!!

Nice work Chris. I love the idea of rolling the painting up. Very cool.
Dermot! You owe me a keyboard. I was drinking my coffee when I read your comment.

Very nice to see some art done outside of the digital world. I like the outside the jar painting too, but it's a nice old-fashioned craftsy look inside.
As far as the plugin goes, I think it was Myhand 2.0, right?

I think it's great to produce gifts by themselves . Something homemade comes from the heart.

These are great artworks and superb presents too
They remind me of Gary Larsons 'Far Side' artwork...

Yes indeed. He's a 'hero' of mine. So is the Winnie the Pooh style - old or new (except for the new 3d Super Sleuth series, its not soft enough).

Says who? For the right price Bruce, I'll redirect them to your doorstep by Christmas Eve and tell my relatives I forgot to get them something
