It is always best to take a shot at modeling this first yourself. If you run into issues...ask for help.

Nice try. Saying nobody here could model it is a bit transparent, nobody will model it just to prove a point. Have a go yourself.

Jusy because you can not do it (yet!), does not mean that no one can
Check out some of these threads by Silver Shadow. I tihnk he's shown repeatedly what SU can do.

maybe daddy can model it for you then...
you should probably check the attitude at the door if your looking for anyone to help you HERE or anywhere else for that matter

I wonder if daddy can teach him to spell, too.
Good work there, Xrok1.

Previous Peterbilts 289 is here

Let's nor forget that we are modelling stuff here... The clue is in the word 'model' - it's an approximation of reality - we can't*** ever reproduce every screw in the fitments, every bug on the windshield, every scratch on the chrome fender, or even every molecule in the paint finish... 'sufficient is fit' to quote John Donne ? Make your models as detailed as is necessary to let them 'look right' when rendered as you want them... ***'can' = 'would be bonkers to try' !!!
