Joint push pull making SU splat

Could you upload a model that it is going it on? Also, if its ok, I'll move this to the ruby forum where it will probably get better attention.

okay, yes will upload, sorry in wrong forum i feel like forever a newbie
it called the end (last project of semester
i am useing from countours to create each contour that i cant connect, then I want to push pull to connect, i do not want a smooth topo map thats why i did not use "from contours" on the whole thing
so i select the faces that i cant use normal push pull, select joint push pull, and i need to just move them like 2' or so and its splats every time

i think you'd be better of by getting rid of all the hidden/softened lines and doing a normal push/pull.. probably the easiest way to go about it would be to select only the perimeter of the individual pieces (double click then single click the face)..
copy/move it up to the right height and make a new face on it.. delete the one below then use regular push/pull to get the bottom back where you'd like..
fwiw, jpp didn't splat on my system but it did struggle.
[EDIT].. that's definitely the harder way.. just select the faces that won't push/pull and delete them.. connect two vertexes on the perimeter and it will fill back in (these shapes are flat.. no need to have a gazillion faces when one will do fine)

it seems pretty stable to me on my computer.. it didn't crash when i used it on the file you posted (and what's happening when JPPing one of those elevations is basically like trying to push/pull 500 separate faces at once)..
i use it with confidence but anytime i'm about to save myself 20+ minutes worth of manual drawing by doing it in one click via a ruby, i'll make sure to save the file first.
