They just want you to work for next to nothing. If you're prepared to do that then I'm sure they will be delighted to have you work for them.
I think the way world economy is going they wont have to look in China any more.

Maybe your great and inexpensive artist could work again for you with money raise

That's NEVER a Sad thing.
I never intended it in such a way. I am myself an immigrant, and came to USA from Ukraine. No insult intended, and I apologize if it sounded rude in any way.
The only reason I said that is because drawings on a website look very simple, it actually surprised me they are looking for someone with "skills". There is nothing out of ordinary. So it seems like a simple job, and i would not mind doing it. But "owner" seems to be very specific about location

I was joking. . .no worries.

Actually, most of the models on there are from FormFonts, so it looks like all you need to do is make the room itself and fill it with pre-made components. The OP can probably do that themselves, really. I wonder how many hours they were billed for.
It was nice to see someone using my record player

It is playing Dark Side of the Moon, I may dig that out later.

Sounds fair. Left or right kidney?

Ya...all those shots look like they fell right out of the Form Fonts website! I guess if all your doing is making a room a furnishing it with components you should be able to churn it out fast and cheap!
