How to create a Mirrored/Flipped/Opposite Copy

If this is a really simple task, I haven't yet discovered it. Anyone that knows how, please take a brief moment and share your knowledge.
HOW can you flip/mirror an entire selected group / geometry / object, so SketchUp will have an exact opposite horizontal / versicle duplicate?
Like if I created a set of stairs and now they need to be exactly the same, but mirrored of what they are?

You can also choose the group, choose the scale tool, grab the relevant handle, push in a bit and type "-1" (minus one). When you hit "enter" it will create a mirrored image.

Or use the Mirror.rb script... it adds ACAD like mirror with/without copy etc...
