Do you have a 'compatibility files...' area on the top bar when you open the folder where they should be ? Sometimes Vista moves files into special sub-folders 'to protect you'... It happens to me when I tweak a ruby script but when I run it the old version runs because Vista's put the new one in this stupid folder so I won't do anything bad !!!
