Trying to locate old plugin/extension
Hi guys, just updated from SU2022 to SU2023 Studio. I thought I had found all my plug ins and reinstalled them but I am missing one. I have a small screenshot but that is all.
It was for easily building walls and pipes and had two white icons, the left being a little wall at a right angle and the right being a pipe at a right angle. From what I can see on an old screen shot was 'Build....' but I have searched build walls/pipes - build wall/tubes etc but can't for the life of me find the original plug in. I just used it for pipework as you didn't need to follow a line/path etc you just clicked on it and gave it a diameter length etc. Any help would be great,

Sketchup Pro 2018 No thumbnails
Hi guys, I am sure this would have been covered but a number of searches have come up empty. I have Sketchup 2015 and 2018 PRO on my PC, all current files are 2018 and file associations for SKP/SKB files are to open in 2018. In explorer I can see previews of the SKB files but not for SKP files, is there a quick fix for this as I have tons of files - furniture etc that I really need to preview otherwise it will take forever! Thanks so much in advance,
Cheers,

Window Trouble - Blue Axis
Hi guys, just after some help with some basic components. I have a few windows that are inset quite deeply. I wanted to put my brickwork around the inset but the brick texture appears vertically rather than horizontally. I try and change the component axis. But it will only ever allow me to make the green/red axis vertical rather than the blue (which I need to make the axis correct so to speak) I have tried to change axis, still no joy, exploding the window and remaking component, but still no joy. Wondering if anyone could help please, as it would be very annoying to go through the entire component(s) and rotate texture for each inset/return of each window (which I have done in the attached image just showing axis). Hope this makes sense!
Cheers,
Nick

PLEASE HELP - EMPTY FILES
Hi all, I have searched and cant find anything and am just about to jump off a cliff. this morning I tried to install norton ghost, it didnt work correctly, so I went back to the restore point prior. No problem, then I went to open sketchup 7, and it said -
alchemyext.dll is not a valid windows image. I repaired that and it opened okay, I then went to open my clients model (2 weeks of work 60mb fil and it opens and seems to load up, but is blank? then I checked some other recent files and they were blank too, just the axis, nothing.I am stressing out as I have piles of work to get out and alot of 'blank' files, does anyone know what could be wrong, all files are showing up with large filesizes, and nothing. Same happens when I try to open in SU 8.
Please any help greatly appreciated, i'm losing it here!
Many Thanks,Nick

Hi all, hope you can help - scaling issue
Hi everyone, great forum, been lurking, but first time posting, this is a great forum and has helped no end! I have run into a problem with one of my building models,I have two floors, ground floor is grouped, andsecond floor is grouped, the 2nd floor needs to be scaled to match the width of the ground (dont ask why they're not the same!!) But when I go to scale the 2nd floor it scales in increments rather than 'smoothly', like I have some sort of 'snap' enabled, I havent had this problem before on any other model. I am also no good with VCB thats why I generally rely on being able to scale just using handles, but this is doing my head in! Hope someone can help! I have no idea! Again - great forum!
Cheers, Nick (ps have searched but turned up nothing)
