im having problems with the plug in. in the video after i click both the curved line and the straight line the red highlight appeared but the green diddnt and when i pressed enter, nothing happened. what did i do wrong? please help me

i am new with sketch up and i have recently used it to make a floor plan of a project since my autocad had crashed. i could i print the file i made in a large scale and not have low pixel lines or should i transfer it to another program such as revit or autocadd. is this possible?
