What is your Graphics Card ?
Have you downloaded the latest Drivers for your Graphics Card ?
If not, then try to get and install updates - new OS's often require new drivers...

Also try SketchUp menu Windows > Preferences > OpenGl and try permutations of the settings to see which gives the best display visual-affects...
