Have new Vista Ultimate machine, no mods.
Installed SketchUp 7.
Tried to start.

Tried dragging existing SKP file over executable icon in SketchUp folder under Google programs, same result.

I also right-clicked and "ran as administrator," with the same result. I then uninstalled and reinstalled - twice, to make certain. Same result. After this, I removed Sketchup from my computer and re-downloaded the program, then re-installed and "ran as administrator."

I did indeed. I am the administrator and only user of this machine.

Downloaded Sketchup 7 to my Vista Ultimate machine, joyously awaiting my first experience with the much-touted Sketchup.
