RE: Beware of Installing Snow Leopard if you used Sketchup
TDMC
Yes, i think the problem is on Apples side. Beta testers were reporting problems prior to release but they were quick to getting it out and so did not fix everything. I recommend waiting until they come out with fixes for these bugs before installing the software. Like you, I rarely had problems with Sketchup until i installed Snow Leopard.

Beware of Installing Snow Leopard if you used Sketchup
I recently installed Snow Leopard on 2 of my mac pros and have had nothing but problems. It now crashes Sketchup about 20 times a day(8 hour day). Its also crashing Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, all CS3 versions. The error happens most frequently when you try and save.

RE: Weekend Burn..
Thanks everyone for the comments... I definitely agree that there is too much foreground and that the bushes are too skewed in front. Its funny how you notice those things after you come back to it the next day...
Thanks again..

Weekend Burn..
I received the plans on Friday and came up with this by monday. Luckily its symmetrical and the modeling was very straight forward. Rendered in Maxwell, Post production in Photoshop. All comments welcome. Thanks..

RE: Can you match the view of an actual photograph?
Chris. Using the watermark feature is great. Worked perfect!
Thanks

RE: Can you match the view of an actual photograph?
Thanks model head. Yes, i have that part down, saving the view in Sketchup and exporting to maxwell to rendering. My trouble is setting up the view in the first place in Sketchup so it will match the same view in an existing photograph. Some of the other posters have giving suggestions how to do this and i am trying those now.
Thank you for your time.

Can you match the view of an actual photograph?
Hello. New poster but long time Sketchup user. In 3D studio and FormZ i am able to match the view to an actual photograph. I have not had luck with this in sketchup. I tried using the matched photo feature but it does not seem to work when i have the geometry all ready created? I am export my renderings to maxwell and it would be nice to have the view setup prior to exporting.
Thanks for your help.
