Nice work - they are very clear - how long did it take to render? I would recommend some soft shadows and better second plans. Also the wooden shed doesn't look natural - needs material adjustment.

RE: Rendered view edited in Gimp
The most popular, and in my opinion best way of getting pencil sketchy look is by styles in Sketchup, if you've got the model of course. If you don't have a model - FotoSketcher is much better then this Gimp plugin. It also have other great possibilities - I recommend you to play with it a bit. The best result's might be achieved by using all of this tools in the proper fields, where they fits best. There are a lot of tutorials ant tips out there if you like to experiment with non-photorealistic techniques. http://www.sketchupartists.org/ is a nice place to start.

RE: Restoration Hardware
Nice job. I like the general mood of the scene. I know what you meant with this leather material. I think it's a good thinking but probably you could improve this. Now I think it looks a bit like factory aged - you know, like with those jeans pants. They never look quite natural. Maybe some more differentiation of the spot's sizes would help. But nevertheless - nice one.
Just from curiosity - what map is it? -
RE: Almost Christmas
I'm not a snow fan, so can't complain about this Christmas pic! Nice.

RE: Trentbrooke Cottage
Oh hell, I really tried to find at least one weak spot in this one. And I couldn't. Fabulous.

RE: Simple bathroom render
Maybe Scarlett Johansson brushing her teeth just in a towel? It might make it more exciting maybe... Ok, sorry for that, couldn't hold back myself .
And seriously - I think, that the lighting on the first picture was a little better. And reflection in the mirror - this is the first thing that I saw - there is no reflection, so it looks a bit strange.

RE: Game I Made With SketchUp and Unity3D
Hi, nice, I like the nightmare one. Some more screens from the game maybe? I used to play this type of games a lot years ago . Good luck with the defend!

RE: Vitra Repos Render
Nice render - did you modelled this?
I like it, although I've got a problem with recognizing this gray material - it has some parts looking almost shiny, but most of it is mat. I don't know the design and the real chair - do you have some links to real-life images? -
RE: Grasshopper lamp
Beautiful scene. And I love this lamp.

You're a master in making fairly simple scenes look stunning...!
Agree. The mastery in materials is responsible for this. Probably. Partly at least.

RE: This was my final university project
Can't see anything... Did you attache it?

RE: [STYLE] Tan Skip
Uuuu, looks nice! I'm looking for some fine line, sketchy style for watercolor renderings. I'll definitely give it a try. Thanks for sharing!

You say npr, still pretty as a picture.
Thanks Mike - sounds like you're not a biggest enthusiast of npr in general, are you?

Love how you rendered this image. Looks far better than a photo!
