RE: Maximum Render Size?
I also have this problem, but have found that this is not an issue if upscaling in PS.
I always export to .png @ 3000px with AA on. Then in PS I upscale dpi to 300, which is the lowest a printer would want anyway (SU defaults to 72dpi, if I'm not mistaken). This should be fine for what you need and most likely will need to be downsized.

RE: Display Case WIP
Dave I really like the way the rendering "glows" on the upper shelf. Although it makes me wonder how items on the lower shelves will display. The shelves look like they are in the dark compared to the upper shelf

BTW, Great design!

LOL, that was funny Alan. I've had to give my cat a pill, so I can relate!

So what is best, Grandma, Granny, Gran....what do you prefer to be called??
I'm hoping for Honey Dear, my husband think I'm wierd, lol. She already has two biological grandma's so I thought non-conventional would be fun!@sorgesu said:
Are you ready for extended baby sitting?
It's been difficult to get "penciled in" between the two ladies
but I'll keep trying! -
RE: 13''x19" presentation materials
This is a great topic. I have the same problem. We print in-house at 13x19 at the moment and send everything else out.
I don't like just handing my clients "the print" after they've paid X$$. Seems cheap
I would like to have something professional for them to walk out of my office with prints in hand in some kind of "protective" packaging. -
RE: Ode to the tilt up.
Roger, I like the effect on the asphalt although I think it would be better suited for a different material. Look like the building if floating on into the sunset

RE: Renders from a uni project
Wow, these are really breathtaking. Great job.
I agree with Sepo about the people, I think they are out of scale? too big?

RE: My Newest Model - Greek Revival Residence
Dan, very nice model. You've done a great job.
I did notice that the iron work in the railing looks a like it might just be line work? Add a little thickness to that and it would be perfect.
