I have been told that the classic graphics engine works better too on a pc. Open GL Versus direct X, what to make of this I do not know but it's a pain in the petunia's.

I contacted the support and got this response: "The only way for this to work is to make the purchase with a PayPal business account which is set up differently than an individual's PayPal account and so the VAT would not have been applied." I don't have a paypal business account (needs a separate bank account). And i never had any problems purchasing software using my normal VAT-ID.
