Get Jpeg of your actual design elements {tile,wall treatments, wood etc} and import them into sketchup and apply them to your model surfaces.

Important to name and make sure that whatever the methods that you organize the group/components/layer. Try to make it a habit to names/##/& or letters them. outliner filter has made finding items much easier.
As well layer help in making presentations. -

I have 2 or 3 MORE about flies/LX/sight lines not the auditorium.
In other words the backstage. 700 seater 1200 seater 240 seater and 2 or 3 more
