    • RE: Help with this very small model (fill in spiral sides?)

Thanks modelhead. Are you familiar with the Trim feature in CAD? If so do you know how to do this in SU. It seems in SU that if you make a mistake and try to change it later it causes more of a problem and ends up deleting more than you want.

Thank you for your assistance. I was able to explode the curve. I didn't even know you could do that thanks. I sewed up the sides how I think you were saying, but not sure. I selected each triangle and selected intersect with model and it doesn't seem like anything happens. Did I sew wrong? I can't get the triangles out without deleting a whole panel. Also, why are some panels blue and some white? Thanks again

    • Help with this very small model (fill in spiral sides?)

Have this model and was wondering how to complete something like this. As you see in the attachment I have a rectangular model and would like to fill in the spiral sides. How would one accomplish this? Also, would anyone know how to put a half sphere indentation in the top?

      Thanks for any input,
      Jay
