It looks like the "Solar North" tool's orange marker, which indicated where north is set in the model.
It's an Extension available from the EWH...

It has a Toolbar which allows you to set the angle, show/hide its marker etc...

The orange marker looks unusually 'high'.
If you switch on the Axes in View are they logically located ?
If you have changed them, then hover over one and choose 'Reset Axes from the context-menu.
It's normal to have the origin placed somewhere logical like at the model's lowest level, and on a corner...
Probably best to switch all Layers ON and View>Hidden-Geometry On, then select all and move the model to the axes' origin...
