I am new to SU and trying to learn how to literally enter the inches symbol (“) into the VCB during the Scale procedure.

I can successfully enter feet (‘), and can successfully scale using feet, but not (“). I must use the Shift Key to enter (“), so I am toggling between “About Center” and “Toggle Uniform”.

How to Scale using inches in the VCB?
