Thanks for clearing that up for me. I was trying to close down the holes and fix it, only to run into that same problem again. Which basically lead me to redrawing those parts again, but it's fixed now. Thanks!

Thanks a lot for the help guys! I've been playing with the Solid Inspector, which works like a charm! It works that great that I no longer need stuff like Netfabb to fix the model.
