I have done both, I have a shared folder which all the materials are placed by V-Ray. But even so, Sky material is not a material, it is a setting, I had previously installed an older version but reinstalled with the same version I'm running. I will try try try again!

VRAY DR Rendering Background Problemposted in V-Ray
I am using the latest Sketchup and VRAY 1.5.30
I seem to have artifact problems (black squares) when I have any type of background selected (M), this includes SKY w/ default settings and w/ Sketchup settings; also background images, etc.
VRay forums are down but I was wondering if anyone has found a solution? The one solution I found was... if I select just a color and having the m on None, the problem is fixed.
