Didier, plugin attached here and one on your site differ. Which one is more recent version? (Judging by dates plugin in the first post here is newer than on your site).
p.s.: thank you for this useful tool

Found it on the web as 3ds model, converted to su model.

Pls share a method how you converted.

    • Forged ornament of stairs' fence (uncomplete)

Made recently. Pics and skp model attached. Currently model contains groups with ornament -- this is in ugly shape (not a component, not well-thought for scaling etc.). But rather nice looking (see pics) 😛

If anyone would think this can be useful for re-use in other models?
Anyway anyone may finish/polish this, upload to warehouse etc. etc.

      How made:
2d spirals were drawn by Drawmetal plugin (and idea was taken from pic from gallery on their site).
Spirals Shaped by Curviloft beta (Fredo6 is a plugin's author), namely "loft by path" feature.

2 forum administration: excuses if it's not correct place for it or it is useless on this forum for one or other reason, then delete if you think is appropriate.

    • RE: Sketchup to Luxrender

      smokinbakin,

Can you tell whether you get accurate model (exactly the one you made in SU) after you followed steps you described (to export from SU to Lux) or there are some drawbacks/deteriorations in resulting Lux' model if compared to original SU model?

p.s.: i'm choosing between KT and Lux for rendering SU models --> if SU models are imported well into Lux i would prefer Lux over KT.
