Hey guys,

I'm having trouble importing a CAD .dwg into sketchup and having the drawing be on the same plane as a whole. Whenever I import the .dwg there are 2 different parts scattering vertically in 2 different places on the z axis. Whenever I made changes to the z-axis in autocad and then imported it into sketchup I still had problems. I have uploaded a JPEG for reference.

What should I do? Thanks

Ok. Thank you so much. I knew something would come up with the query. I just didn't restart sketchup when I changed the settings. Big whoopie for me. I did the geolocation to find the area in the exact location where the building was at to do a sun/shade study model. Thanks again guys.

Hey I am somewhat familiar to Sketchup but I need some help. I trying to find out x,y Coordinates for a building. Is there an easy way to figure this out without the move tool? Thanks.
