I gave up on it. I am good with computers but when it comes up to some terms, there is also a language barrier. Some things are hard to find when you get instructions in english and you are hanging around with a PC that only speaks german!

Sooooo... Windows updatet itself again... but wonder oh wonder... nothing bad is happened this time. SU works and LibFredo6 as well! No problems so far!

Oh, yeah, I forgot about removing that one now. I did that before... but it still was not working. I took all files an folders away and then I put them back one by one, testing each time. Everything went well until I copied the new LibFredo6.rb in the folder. Like I said... now it's working well. And... I have no clue what is going to happen after a new update. Probably I will be here, screaming for help again!

It sounds like either an installation problem or a clash with some other plugin.

Well, now it works! I set the computer back to before the last update und... no problem anymore!

By "crash" i ment SU starts, then some icons appear an suddenly SU shuts down again. If I restart, the same thing happens again.

This is really strange... I just set the computer back to before the last Windows update and now it works without any problem. Hmmmm... could it be an Update problem?

Help! Just installed LibFredo6 4.7 and now SU crashes! I overvrote the old version 3.7 and lost the old file! How can I bring it back to work??? I know, I should have saved the old LibFredo6.rb file... but I didn't. Can anyone help me? Where can I get the older rb file?

Yes. I think I re-installed SU and Image Trimmer on this account and it worked.

Ok, now I really tryed every single combination and I'm still not able to make it work. I guess I am giving up on this one Is there any other tool I can use just to trace around the transparent part of a png without having to do it manually? Probably not, ha? Thanks for your help.

Hi TIG! I know some people are getting the tool working "out-of the-box"... and this drives me crazy! I mean, until now I never had any problem with anything installed on my PC, but this time I really can't find out what I am doing wrong. So... my PC runs Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 Bit. I got Java set to open .jar files. I am not sure about the read/write stuff. I tryed to change the settings of the folder but once I wanted to save them, it didn't do it. So I retried again and again, but every time it didn't save the changes. That's where I started SU as admin and it did create at least the from/to.ini files, which it didn't before. After that nothing else happened. No warning, no message, nothing.

Sorry! I am NOT getting it! I tryed everything, but I can't get it to work. I don't know much about Java. I see those two files from/to get created as well as a copy of the image in the TrimmedImages folder, but nothing else happens. I tryed to run SU as admin, at least from/to got created... but i did't get any futher. Any "simple" (for dummies) suggestions? Thanks
