    • RE: Edit height of an arch without distorsion

Ok maybe I'm not clear enought. I could do each arch manually but the goal is to start from the same one and "generate" the others by copy and use a formula for the scale.

Even if it's not necessary to "generate" the others arch, there the need to change the width of the whole pool cover so every arch will change their heigth without changing the thickness, and their width (which is not causing much problems).

For me the context is not really important here, I don't know how to explain better, the question seems simple to me.

I need to use it to create a teslecopic pool cover which will need to be parametric : the first module will be smaller than the next ones. And the whole cover need to be parametric.

I tried the scale to but I don't understand how to avoid the change of thickness of the arch.

    • Edit height of an arch without distorsion

      Hello,

I created an arch with the follow me tool, an arc line and a square (or a profile), but once it's done, I want to edit de height of the arch without distorting it. My goal is to have the possibility to change it with a dynamic component because it needs to be parametric.

I have searched for a while and I can't find anything that could help me. So is it possible ?

      Thanks for you help !
