Transparancy, groups and so on.
Hello. I am making windows, each window is a component, and I want to make the glass transparent but when I start to change the degree of transparency other things than the glass changes, like other grouops in other layers and so on. How do I isolate the change to that component, what am I doing wrong? WHow do correct? Regards mr Per Newbie.

Strange. Shadow. Yes. Take away. Grrrrr.
HillΓΆ!
I hope you can see the picture... I have made this model and there is a strange GREY "shadow" that appears from one specific part in the mode. Do you know how to get rid of this ugly strange shadow??? Grateful for help. Regards Mr Per Newbie.

Slicing up a model
hello! I am making a sketchup model, over a building with for floors. I now would like to build up each floor with walls, windows etc, and also the facades (as sheets glued on), and when that is done i would like to kind of saw it, divide the model so that each floor kan be lifted up. The main thing is that it seems to me that it is easier to build up the whole facade in one part, instead of making a three meter high part for each floor which would be waste of time.
Maybe the questions is a bit vague, but do you know how to do?
Regards

Line weight.
Hello, I would like to make a rendering where the countour lines are thin, and not as fat as they are for me now. I have tried to chose different STYLES in the WINDOW meny. Does anyone know how to do it? The model (export 2d graphic) should look very light, and not as now, like made with a thick black felt pen. Help help!!
