is there's any information of taking a course of sketchup ( with certificate )?
how much it will cost me?
i lived in Indonesia.but i dont mind to go aboard.it's so hard when have a imagination but lack of knowledge in design.
if my post not in the right room please feel free to moved it ot direct me to the right room.

@ Dave R : beside to learn of practicing the SU, yes i want to make bed like that.for my 4 months daughter. it's so rare in Indonesia furniture like that. so i think if i could be able to draw like that maybe it will lead me to next level of design and using SU. but still so hard to be able build it. even there's example pictures. i think i need to take a course.
any ideas where can i take course? it will be fine it if overseas. then i can bring my wife and daughter.hehe..

@ Gaieus : thank you gaieus. the reason i dont upgrade to su 8 is i still want to learn the basic first, if i already good enough. then i will upgrade it. just my opinion. yes thank you for your advice. i will learn it about the component.

i will post it after i try again to fix my modelling.

Hello again everyone.. this is the best i can do so far, trying to draw the bed like the picture i send it.acctualy i feel shame to post it. but hope you all could help me what is the step i should fix.

1. i dont know how to make the shape of the bed leg.
2. i dont know how to make a mattrase/ bed.
3. how to make the curve like for the headboard?
4. and all the detail profile i give up so hard....

please freely to edit or give suggestion and next step for me.
i think it's going to be a long answer coz all im do is false..hahaha..

@ Watkins : yes, there's a lot of model in google warehouse. but i want to learn how to make it. not just place object to the layout or space. one things for sure this forum is the reason i love Sketchup and design/ architecture.

@Dave R : Thanx for your tips. never though of that. i usually draw in all in the same.few i used group. maybe this is the first time i try to use component. . soory for my very basic knowledge. answering your question is yes to all. i want to draw it and render it. then woodworking it. really love to design. the problem is i can't do hand draw, dont know anything about proporsional of object, human dimension etc. but soon i hope could know all the basic thing i should know..

Hi, im Okto.very new here. and very new also in design. im using Macbook white. and SU 7 pro.not mine acctually. my good friends let me to use his Mac.hehe.lucky me.
anyway. im very interest in design specially using SU. it's very user friendly interface. i hope i can be like you all who can make a very great design. i cant do hand draw. so this is my answer to release my passion of deign.hehehehe..please guide me.
