Post a link to the toilet. It sounds to me as if the toilet is much larger than the rest of your model. Try placing the toilet and then hit Zoom Extents. What happens? It isn't unusual to find components in the 3DWH that are scaled incorrectly. Some users don't understand how to correct the scale on components they may have modeled at a larger scale. Anyone can load any SketchUp component to the 3D Warehouse no matter the quality of the component so what you get can be less than the best.
