Are there plugins wherein you can turn a wiremesh to rectangular frames?

Can't seem to make it work for sketchup 8; the link only shows the plugin for sketchup 2013.

Is 'Soap skin & bubble plugin still available for sketchup 8 pro?

Is there a plugin wherein you can align and scale the object at the same time, much like the align tool in autocad.
