On OSX in GS 8 Pro, the Ruby console is indicating that the plugin is appending "\" instead of "/" when trying to locate the HTML file.

I am glad to confirm that this plugin is still working in SU2017. I just followed DaveR's advice to zip it and change the extension to .rbz.

I've been asking the same thing since version 4 when I did my first animation plugin π So far, no response from the SketchUp crew...
not yet. I am still keeping it private for the moment for when I get some time to extend it. but I think I will open it as the free time is nowhere in sight π
setting to nil or killing its thread will not stop it.
only solution i managed is a new "UI.play_sound" command on new existing and valid wav file, a short one.
