      No, you shouldn't be putting them in Shipped Extensions. You should just do what Rich said and install them Using the Extension manager from the download folder.

With regards to bedsheets, I currently have no understanding of how to replicate this effect. To support this kind of puffiness effect, I believe there needs to be a soft body simulation support. Right now, it's just flat sheets.
