Is it possible to put a texture on top of another texture?

Hi, I am trying to install fredo tools rbz in sketchup 16, but I can't find on my laptop the roaming folder.
The path should be users> your username> appdata > roaming > sketchup> scketchup 2016> skecthup > plugins.

In my case after opening the AppData folder, I can just find a folder named "local".
Does anybody know where could that be, or another solution to install plugins?
