Export the model to DAE to get the texture. It appears that it's the same texture for both colors so just double click the tag color in the Tag tray to get the RGB values for each color.

Now that was a quick resolution. Thank you! Exporting to dae and importing it back allowed me to pick the paint with the eyedropper.

    • [Solved]Materials applied by tag don't appear in library

I found this block in 3D Warehouse, and noticed that the model was set to be colored by tag, and the 3 used tags are set each with a specific texture material. The problem is I need to copy this block into another model which was not configurated under color by tag, but with materials applied directly to the faces (which I thought everyone did when using textures) and so I decided to apply the original materials from the block to the faces so it would not appear as blank when inserted in the other model. And suddenly I couldn't do it because the materials applied to the tags are not available under Materials > In Model, and clickin the tag color/texture opens the material window but does not save it in the materials library. I am stuck, how can I recover these materials that came with the block?

      The block is attached!

    • RE: Component auto text BUG ?

      Hello!
I've been using SU 2020 and having the same trouble... Can label all the child components, but the main one.
Wondering if there is a plugin or solution for it yet. Can anybody help with this?

Maybe Flowify can help you ? 😄
Of course objects can be pasted on the first surface!
And of course Target surface is your terrain! 😉

Just understand first how it's working!

After 900 objects take maybe some times depending of the complexity
      of objects and terrain! 😄

(Sorry My list of plugins is so big that you can't see Flowify inside! 💚

That would make some distortions on the objects dropped, as seen on the gif, wouldnt it? Dispite the distortion, thanks for the tip, I will propably use it someday soon!! I ended up finding a plugin called PathCopy, it was able to copy all the fences along the terrain, had to make a polyline with BezierSpline to make it happen though, or it wouldnt work the way I wanted it to...
Well thank God I had to make only some moves instead of 900+ 😉
      Thanks, again!

    • Drop objects on curved surface

Does anybody know how to "drop" objects onto a curved surface, normal like in blue axis? I have a fence with 900+ components and drape function would be so poor, it would take me so much time moving all the components down so they would suit the curved face. Maybe there is a plugin that I don't know? 😒

Any help would be welcome! Thanks
