Do the conditions of dependency mean that one cannot have both Quad Tools and the Selection Toys installed simultaneously? (Because of the different TT-Lib versions involved?)

      Cheers,

    • Reducing thickness

      Hello there,

Imagine I have a simple rail group extruded from a curved double bezier closed on both ends with an arc.

Later on during the design of the model this rail is inserted into I decide that the thickness of this rail is no adequate and I want to make it thinner.

What would be the best way to go about it?

I tried the default offset tool inwards and then finish the lines to make a new face and then I de-extrude the excess thickness but this method seems so cumbersome and I suspect it can't be used everywhere or in every situation.

      Any ideas?

      Thanks,
      Peter
