I am a designer of mechanical devices such as in amusement rides, cars, ships, that requires a rider's perspective of actually being being on the device. Can anyone come up with script for Sketchy Physics that could sequence this idea? Or, does anyone know how to do this that works in SP?

Does SU Pro8 3ds support Textures?posted in Newbie Forum
Does anyone who has SU Pro8 know if they can export 3ds files that support the material and textures, exactly as they created the model? In other words, if you were to export the 3ds file back into the program, it would look exactly the way it was created with all the textures and materials in tact.

I have created a wav file to be imported into SP. However when I click the play sound button nothing plays. Even the sound clips that SP has already loaded - I still cannot play the sound. Can anyone assist me why this is happening?

How can I convert Sketchup Files to a 3ds file and export thposted in SketchUp Discussions
Can someone help me find a solution to convert Sketchup files to a 3ds format? I know that there are softwares like Blender but I don't know what version to use. Blender doesn't allow you to convert to Collada (dae)anymore. I'm not sure if this version is free.
