You need to provide more info here. What did you try and exactly what "didn't work"? )Error messages, can't find menus or toolbars for the plugin, it didn't perform an operation as expect? There are so many ways something "doesn't work" that you need to be specific when you ask questions.)

All though, for Podium, doesn't it have its own installer?
(And why did you try to install anything other than the latest version? Did you install these versions on top of each other?)
