Guys i need help...

1st of all thank you for this site forum...

I just recently used sketchup8. after 2 hours watching tutorials from youtube i tried to use whatever i understand...

i found that this software is very much friendly user rather than autocad & 3d max however their both great..

lets come to my problem, i tried to download & install so many plugins like podium 1.6.1 & podium v2 etc.. however i wasn't able to install & use it..

could someone teach & advise me please... give me some links also where can i find free plugins..
