Re: [Plugin][$] ThruPaint - v2.8a - 09 Nov 24
Dears, this is Licensed ThruPaint 2.8, MacOS, Sketchup 2021. We got many unexpected Sketchup behaviour at our company until we realized that it has to do with ThruPaint causing some unexpected Undo(Cmd+Z). When we open Thrupaint and try pressing ESC to abort/close it will actually force UNDO operation from Sketchup, which normally is Cmd+Z. This is very counter intuitive. ESC key does not perform UNDO in Sketchup but is usually used to escape tools. This is why I believe it is kind of a bug. I know we can use scpace bar or X to close ThruPainty window but it is still causing mess in our projects regularly.
Movie is uploaded below where I demonstrate it,
-I am using Move tool to Move a cabinet,
-then opening ThruPaint,
-then pressing ESC in 0:15sec,
-the cabinet is then reversing to previous position.
If I would have kept pressing ESC key Sketchup would have continued to UNDO other past actions until UNDO history runs out.
Sorry for low res, was trying to keep the size down.

Purchased a license and updated from 2.4 to 2.6a but the latter does not work. Can only see the toolbar, but when using it nothing happens. How can we get some assistance?
Re: [Plugin][$] ThruPaint - v2.4a - 02 Apr 24
HI
We are using custom material folders (top folders) with ThruPaint, but have the issue that some unknown materials appear which we cannot get rid of. It seems they are some leftovers of material earlier renamed. When we delete the whole top folder with our custom material ThruPaint keeps showing them - as Unknown - see the pictures. Is there any Cache folder we should clear? Reinstalling / purging / Refreshing all material data did not help.
