    • Multiple Imported Files Material Issue

I work on larger sketchup models regularly and in order to manage the sizes I often split them into several models. I'll setup a MASTER file that imports all other subordinate PART files in as re-loadable components. That way myself and other people can wok on different portions of the same overall model. We setup a material collection folder and load materials from there. I have a material applied to a component loaded in both models that is exactly the same, i.e. the component and material are the same in both subordinate models. When I reload the models in the master file though one of the files is not showing the updated component material and the other one is.

Is there a way to remedy this or a workflow that's more appropriate for my scenario? Thanks for the help.
