Thank you for asking politely....I am not exactly sure what information you need in order to help. My company had another company generate custom components where you change the width and height and the program generates the model based on the measurements. Sketchup keeps telling me that it is not responding and does not generate the model correctly.

I am trying to change the model components in 2015 Sketchup Pro and it will not generate the model. It keeps telling me that it is not responding. Can someone please help? I have tried changing the OpenGL, unchecking the Anti-Aliasing, and purging the unused. Nothing is working.
