I need to release all of my licenses as I have had to reimage my PC numerous times due to hardware issues. I currently have 2/3 licenses in use even though I don't have any active Sketchup installs except for the one I just had to reinstall. Why are some of the licenses unable to be released from the license page?
I am in the same boat too. Have 2/3 licenses that can't be released and I know why. I have been dealing with serious PC issues and have had to reinstall Windows with the option of deleting my files checked.
How can I just release all of my licenses?
I inquired about purchasing one more seat with a rep from Sketchup (I have a Windows desktop, Macbook, and Windows laptop) and she said three seats should be no problem with the pro license. She said if I have any issues getting to three seats to go into my account, deauthorize all of them, and start authorizing them one by one. I did and it worked perfectly.
