Hi there,

I'm new here (just registered) and I have my first question/s.

I am trying to draw road markings in Sketchup 8. I am wanting solid yellow lines, dashed lines to specific sizes (such as 3 metre length stripe with a 7 metre gap). These are to be 100mm wide.

Here we go...

1. Can you create custom line styles in Sketchup?

2. Can you draw road markings without black borders on them? For example, I want the dashed lines to be white on a grey background without any black lines around each line.

Can anybody help me? I have tried searching Youtube and the net in general without any luck.

You r input/help would be a real lifesaver here as I have a project I'm working on which needs this sorted.
