Thought so, thank you remus

Hi everyone, I'm using SU for all my planning needs in my house. I'm about to lay out new electrics in my house and of course would like to use sketchup for this.
We use something called "corrugated plastic pipe" here in Norway to pull cables in the walls. See the picture attached. Are there an easy way to make this "dynamically" in SU? Ex. I'd like to draw curved lines and get it to look like the pipe in the attached image. Or do I have to model it everytime I want to use it to lay out the internals in the walls?
