Yes, definitely scaling issue.
There is something else however - why are you applying the texture on the component and not on the faces inside? It is quite indifferent at the moment however this way you give up the opportunity to accurately position your texture.

These are all 'original' caryatids as at the Acropolis... but any human [female] statue used as a column is a 'caryatid' too - if absolute accuracy isn't need find a 3d standing woman model and use that with modifications... There are several in the 3d-warehouse...
