This is not the Newport Beach house, this house is being built in Palm Springs, CA
The Newport Beach house is just in concept phase as we work with a potential client to see if they would want to work with us.
This is a proposed concept of a house that I am designing for a potential client in Newport Beach California.
At the moment were waiting on an answer from the client, will see how it goes.
The images are of the location and the clients existing house and my proposed replacement.
Its been a long time since I posted here, been very busy with work.
But here are some photos of my first design I created that is being constructed.

Thank you, Yes there will be construction photos, the steel for the home comes next month.
This is not my first home for a client, but its the first to reach this stage of construction. I am super excited!

I agree way to much reflection on the concreat, haha I did not know how to tweak the setting at that time its a old video.
I have been trying a few new styles, even though the curvy roofs are what I like most I like to venture out and try new styles out side my comfort zone.
I also posted a three level curvy roof building that's a design study I'm currently working on.
This video was made using lumion 5. All my current houses are rendered using Lumion 6 Its not the best in terms of realism but I can do more with it than with all the other renderers quickly.

This a design study to see if I could design a three story house or building that has curvy roofs parts. Its not complete and I don't know if I want to keep going with it to get it lumion worthy. I like to use the visualizer render as I develop a design, and if i like it I take to lumion
I think the front still needs some work and better flow from front to back on the interior.
Thought I would share it anyway.

I would agree with you both, landscaping is one of my weaknesses, I get so eager to complete a house idea that I don't spend enough time with landscaping, I think I need to read some books on it.
I spend a lot of time trying to make houses that are unique in their shape sometimes i forget small things can be seen as big things. I will work on it with the next one
