ok, for the first you have to excuse me for not finding the correct word for what im looking after. Because of that im gonna attach a picture that i hope can explain what im after.
I have a surface and i want to convert it to a "leveled" terrain - like the old school models made by hand.
I know that you can insert plans and so on to make the heightdifferent visible... but thats not what im looking for - i want the terrain to be like stairs...

What kind of "information"/object must the tree have in the dwg-file, to make this possible...because it doesnt work with "normal" lines? ...why i ask is that it doesnt work with my imported dwg-file
I might psot the skpfile here...but its a really large file...soo...anyway, any information is helpful

i have imported a object from the 3D-warehouse and when i change style the object disappear. Its visible in all styles with "colors" but when your change to "hand-made" sketch-look-alike-styles it disappear... why? 
(i can post the skp-file but its quite big...)
Seems that the "buildings" doesnt render... i have played around with the light and xml-settings but the building seems to be invisible...
what am i doing wrong?
... now it seems that i only can use the push/pulltool just one time with each object...
now i starting to hate sketchup
ARGH! ... tried making some different models and after a while the push/pull-tool doesnt work on the existing objects. It only works if your doing a new box... and then you can use the tool one time...something is wrong with my computer, program or it might be just me...
ok, i have ATI Radeon graphiccard and it have been alot of problem with that card... what card do you recommend, cause i am tired of a the problem
