I can smell the ammonia
Oh yeah, I could too. I almost saw someone pass out once, changing out a bottle.
Kris,
this is awesome. Been looking for work for the last couple of months in Portland and it's slow going. I will use this to get the brain cells recharged and hope to crank out some additional work samples. This is very helpful and generous. Much appreciated.

Thought I would share these models which are useful for architecture or interior design.
Note: not for resale or redistribution. Professional use is OK.
GUS, thanks for sharing. I will put them to use soon. The quality looks amazing.

Nice Richard. I especially like the devilish smile of the living room.
Damn, that all I can see now, its even got ears !
Yeah, have to admit that is what I see every time I look at the layout. At one point I was wondering what it might be like to connect the study (bottom left) to the bathroom with a sliding door or something but that takes away from it functioning as a guest bathroom.
Paul,
these are awesome. Thank you for sharing the models. Some really good details here, very much appreciated.
Got this plugin a while ago. Never had the project work to show off it's muscle but it's good to see just what it can do. Need to make some projects....
Paul,
thanks for the quality share. This kind of detail will be used for good.
Mike, thank you for the news. It is very sad news. I am fortunate to have had a moment to seek advice and insight from Wesley via pm. Just one of the lucky members that was able to tap into one of the forums responsible and helpful power members. My thoughts are with his family and the design communities in California and Hawaii that will miss him.
How big is too big for a model? I am modelling an office that I did and so far I have doors, windows, workstations and files. I am thinking about puttin in more details.
My system is Sketchup 6 Pro, Windows XP SP2, 3 Gig Ram @ 1.66 ghz.
I guess that brings me to my second question. What is the ideal system setup for sketchup?
Thank you for the styles. I have been learning sketchup and working on making a model. Will try to post up work thanks to your styles.
I liked the cab vs limo analogy and just wanted to add that for some people, they have gotten so used to the limo ride that they dont even want to consider taking a cab. Regardless of all the beneficial savings and ease of use, they still want that limo ride.
