Yes the landscape is done in sketchup & maxwell too. The skp file is 128mb i could have kept it smaller but after modelling i exploded some components to help with making the mapping more realistic. It didn't take that long to model maybe a week, components and the symmetrical design helped. Thanks for the comments.

RE: Nokia 105
Haha yes a super tiny bevel on the keys would have been ok but the texture had the round edges and hid this a bit. The screen is so small a protrusion i think i made it 1mm i suspect in reality it is flush with the plastic case. regarding the brightness perhaps are screens are calibrated differently. Also sometimes i think the mistakes and imperfections often add to the photo realism. Super bright stuff seems unrealistic sometimes also. I'm happy with the result perhaps it is just my interpretation. I added the image below that i used if anyone else wants to try :

RE: Nokia 105
I've had an iPhone 4 since it launched in 2007 it lasted well but has finally started dying. I have begun to find it a distraction especially social media. Also being in construction it gets damaged and the ports get damaged with rubble and dust. These simple nokias are appealing to me in their size, weight and price. The nokia 105 is 20 euros lol thats cheaper than a render of it if i was charging ! My wife just bought an iPhone X 1250 euros is ridiculous to me as i can buy a 2nd hand car for that ! I'm going back to basics and regressing now i'll get a month of standby and a week of talking on a single charge ! I'm happy enough with calls and texts the unnecessary technology is actually more of a hindrance to me than a benefit.
Regarding the render i used a texture from google images to model from. I used the same texture on the screen and keys. I made a HDR from the image so it emitted light in the render and i could adjust the 4 light sources independently with multi light while it rendered. I used an internal apartment HDRI, a simple emitter for the torch and then a separate HDR for the screen (glossy) and a duplicate for the keys (matt)

RE: Bahay Kubo
I'm not sure Mike it looks like a grain loft to me. Those legs are designed to prohibit critters and snakes climbing up. I've seen similar mushroom shaped stone feet on British barns. However it could easily be a seasonal shelter too.

RE: Bahay Kubo
The column textures are strange for a while i couldn't figure out if they were stone or bleached wood. Thanks for the comment here is my reference image which i used to photo match the structure inside sketchup:

caution with the cars some are 400mb+ 2017 .skp files. I processed them into proxies so they are useable in skp
Context, Pit Lane etc here in .3ds format perfect for skp just check the scale after import:
